Bikes parked/locked outside on the pavement can clearly be seen through (and against) the broad low cafe side windows too. There is also a large free 1st Floor undercover bike parking space with metal cycle-furniture and railings to lock to, which is overlooked all day by the parking staff from their kiosk and which is large enough for at least 20 bikes in the nearby multi-story car park just a 2 minute walk along Townwell Fold.
